Tom & Ed have been really good at sorting out the old and new tenants for our flat. Not a 5 star review as it's sometimes confusing who does what in the office and we are chased and give the same responses to other staff members as well. Make this clearer and 5 stars next time!

I recently purchased my first home through Intercounty and dealt with Daniel and Doug. Communication with them both was seamless and efficient. They were responsive to my enquiries and provided timely updates which really helped the sale go through smoothly. Daniel was very helpful in providing information about the local area as it was new to me, that really made me feel at ease with moving somewhere new. I even contacted the team after purchase for recommendations on cleaners and they kindly gave me the name of a service they use. We are a tenant through this agency and all the staff are helpful. When we report issues they liase with the owner and organise servicepersons to come by at times around our schedule and every contractor they have ever sent (in two years with a plethora of issues) has been polite and professional and helpful and genuinely motivated to get the job done well- not just a patch up job. If I were a landlord I would be happy to use this company as they do inspections - take photos and keep electronic records of issues raised with these pictures so if you call up, whomever is working can easily be up to speed about the issue. As a tenant they are fair and responsive and always call you back, are happy to receive emails with videos and pictures of issues and keep you in the loop so you can plan your life around repairs - and in our case plan our pups to be either out or aside.

We live in Norfolk and purchased a property through Intercounty which was slightly different as the property was local to us in Norfolk and not local to Bishop Stortford. After a few teething problems I had several conversation with a couple of the estate agents and found them to be very helpful and always got back in touch when I needed a question answering. We finally exchanged contacts today and over the last week or so I've had dealings with Doug who went above and beyond in sorting things out for us in a quick, friendly and efficient manner.
