We have just sold our house through them and I have to say a very very special thank you to Jenny and Lois. They both went above and beyond to push everything through, dealing with adversity and me constantly calling. Their customer service is the best I’ve come across, they genuinely care about their customers. If I was staying in Essex, I’d never use any other agent. Those girls kept me sane. We sold our house in Great Dunmow (via Great Dunmow) office, and were extremely pleased and happy with the service we received. A buyer was found quite quickly, with the sale going through smoothly and expediently We predominantly dealt with Jenny who always responded quickly and helpfully to emails, and was tenacious with progressing (chasing the buyers' solicitors who were slow to deal with various items), and general liaison. All in all, a very positive experience, and would most certainly recommend Intercounty, and would definitely use again.

Tom & Ed have been really good at sorting out the old and new tenants for our flat. Not a 5 star review as it's sometimes confusing who does what in the office and we are chased and give the same responses to other staff members as well. Make this clearer and 5 stars next time!

I recently purchased my first home through Intercounty and dealt with Daniel and Doug. Communication with them both was seamless and efficient. They were responsive to my enquiries and provided timely updates which really helped the sale go through smoothly. Daniel was very helpful in providing information about the local area as it was new to me, that really made me feel at ease with moving somewhere new. I even contacted the team after purchase for recommendations on cleaners and they kindly gave me the name of a service they use. Since Sandra and now Ed have managed my Let property I have been happy with the service. They have been helpful, calm and professional when dealing with any Property issues or stresses and have kept me up to date with things. Long may it continue .
