It can be a very daunting task, selecting an estate agent to use for a house sale, and not wholly easy to determine the good from the not quite so good! We chose Intercounty after some deliberation, and are very pleased that we did. Any agent can take pictures, and post on Right Move with a description etc., but it's what follows that really matters. Of particular importance is their ability to continually monitor and manage the whole process from finding a buyer, through to exchange / completion. Intercounty were proactive, responsive, and helpful at every step of the way in selling our house in Great Dunmow. E-Mails / Phone calls, always responded to expediently and efficiently. I can wholly recommend Intercounty, particularly having had a really bad experience with the house we bought at the beginning of the year (where the seller used a certain online agency / and online coveyancers - so bad, we almost pulled out).
