My husband and I have used intercounty on many occasions for both sales and Lettings. I cannot fault them. Andrew is always a great manager and very on the ball. We have just sold our house through them and I have to say a very very special thank you to Jenny and Lois. They both went above and beyond to push everything through, dealing with adversity and me constantly calling. Their customer service is the best I’ve come across, they genuinely care about their customers. If I was staying in Essex, I’d never use any other agent. Those girls kept me sane. I also need to say Helen in Lettings has dealt with another of our properties that we rent out and she is also excellent at dealing with the Lettings side of things. What a great team in Dunmow. Alex
