We have just sold our house through them and I have to say a very very special thank you to Jenny and Lois. If I could give Laura and team 10 stars I would! They have gone above and beyond at every turn to help with the rental of all our three properties. I have other agents trying to entice me away but because of Laura and team I would. It even consider it. I feel very lucky to have found them keep,up the good work Laura.

We sold our house in Great Dunmow (via Great Dunmow) office, and were extremely pleased and happy with the service we received. A buyer was found quite quickly, with the sale going through smoothly and expediently We predominantly dealt with Jenny who always responded quickly and helpfully to emails, and was tenacious with progressing (chasing the buyers' solicitors who were slow to deal with various items), and general liaison. All in all, a very positive experience, and would most certainly recommend Intercounty, and would definitely use again.

It can be a very daunting task, selecting an estate agent to use for a house sale, and not wholly easy to determine the good from the not quite so good! We chose Intercounty after some deliberation, and are very pleased that we did. Any agent can take pictures, and post on Right Move with a description etc., but it's what follows that really matters. Of particular importance is their ability to continually monitor and manage the whole process from finding a buyer, through to exchange / completion. Intercounty were proactive, responsive, and helpful at every step of the way in selling our house in Great Dunmow. E-Mails / Phone calls, always responded to expediently and efficiently. I can wholly recommend Intercounty, particularly having had a really bad experience with the house we bought at the beginning of the year (where the seller used a certain online agency / and online coveyancers - so bad, we almost pulled out).
