Robinson Michael & Jackson - Gravesend

We had 3 agents value the property. Lily filled me with confidence and we decided to go with these guys. House was sold to the 1st viewers and at the price we wanted. Andy and his team supported and informed us all the way through the very smooth process. Highly recommend this professional team.

Highly recommend Robinson Jackson for lettings. Had zero issues throughout the tenancy, very professional and prompt to reply to queries. Courtney helped me at the end of my tenancy and was great made everything simple. She is a credit to your team. Very happy with the service.

The RMJ team have always successfully secured new tenants for our property - very promptly, keeping us updated throughout the process, along with sound and professional advice. We have always found the team’s service excellent and can highly recommend them to other landlords.

I had such a great experience with the agency. All members of staff I had the pleasure of speaking with were so friendly, helpful and willing to go above and beyond. Communication was great, someone was always available to take my call, even if the person I wanted to speak to was unavailable another member of staff was able to help which was helpful and minimised the need to call back or wait for a call back. I was even getting responses on a Sunday which again is amazing service. All in all, a great team who go above and beyond and provide an excellent service, I defiantly recommend.

As a first time buyer dealing with the team at RMJ was fantastic, I was constantly involved with the process from start to finish. Going to the office to collect the keys was a great feeling & big thanks to Geogia & Jo for all your help and my lovely moving in gift.....

We sold our property via RMJ this year, and we would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking of doing the same. The key things for us were; 1. Marketing of our property - they use a professional photographer for internal and external pictures, which looked amazing and really highlighted the best features. 2. Vetted and Ready Buyers - prospective buyers have already shown they are in a position to proceed, so you don't get any time wasters. And they had multiple buyers already interested in properties like ours, so we had a couple of offers at asking price and had agreed a sale within 4 days of going on the market. 3. The Team - across the board, everyone at RMJ Gravesend was friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. Buying, selling and moving can potentially be really stressful, so having the team in our corner was a massive help for us.

My recent experience with Robinson Michael & Jackson (Gravesend office) was superb and amazing. The staff involve in my renting were so helpful and straight forward individuals, especially (Ellie) who was practically outstanding in her duties, to ensure that best information and services was provided.

I have recently rented a property through Robinson Michael & Jackson in Gravesend. I cannot speak highly enough of the lettings team. From Hollie being fantastic on my viewing, and Ellie, Stacey and Chloe helping to get my references and move in done as quickly as possible. They have been absolutely fantastic and I would recommend them to everyone :)

We sold our house through RMJ and the process couldn’t have been easier. From our valuation to having the pictures taken it was so easy and the staff made it a pleasure to work with them. I felt I could ask them all the questions I had and they were all answered to put my mind at rest, even though they had probably heard them all before. Our house sold on the first weekend of going up, with many offers for us to choose from. RMJ also managed to find the house we bought for us, through the many houses on their books, we were able to have a large choice of properties. The whole buying and selling with RMJ was so seamless and easy and I was constantly kept up to date with the whole process. Ben also did our mortgage, we had used him a couple of times before so we knew we were in safe hands and with it all under one roof it saved me having to update each other as this was all done in house. I would certainly recommend RMJ, we sold our house in Nov 21, found our dream home in Jan 22 and exchanged and completed in March 22. They really do work as a team in branch and I couldn’t be happier with the service we received.

I can safely say that Andy is genuinely one of the nicest, straightforward, upfront estate agent. He didn't try to play us off against the seller just straightforward nice and easy what would you like and went and got it for us. After somewhat terrible experiences previously with estate agents I can safely say that if you get Andy is your estate agent you are going to be more than happy.
