Robinson Michael & Jackson - Gravesend

Recently let a property with this company. Conversations initially started with Chloë who was fantastic at educating us on the process before her team took over. Mostly dealt with Hollie & Ellie who have been superb and communication is rapid with the way they have it setup. Very happy all round!

Hands down the best senior lettings negotiator, Ellie Ecclestone 🤍 Even though we couldn’t get the house we wanted mainly because it has been let agreed, Ellie make sure that I receive many other property suggestions that fit my needs. She’s been super attentive and I’m grateful for that. Thank you for your support and have an amazing day!

After investing in my first property and speaking with RMJ, I was overwhelmed with their professionalism. Chloe was incredibly helpful, friendly and easy to talk with. Chloe detailed everything they offer, plus extras RMJ provide, nothing was hidden. Anytime I called in or text, it was answered promptly and efficiently and never any hesitation. I was kept regularly updated by everyone in the office, by a phone call or text. Not to mention the other members of the team, Hollie, Ellie & Stacey. Everyone in the office were friendly and kept me informed about the process of my new tenant moving in. I can comfortably say, my investment is in the best hands, by this brilliant team and I would 100% recommend to anyone to use RMJ if they’re looking to let out their property. Many thanks for making it simple and easy. 5 ⭐️

We highly recommend Robinson, Michael and Jackson after using them to sell our home. We purchased the house through them and thought the service was great then hence why we used them as our own estate agent. Reece Cox is a real asset to the company, he constantly kept up updated and made sure things ran smoothly for us. Thanks to everyone at your office for selling our home.

Thank you very much to the team at Robinson, Michael & Jackson in Gravesend. Hannah, Hollie, Ellie & Stacey made my move as stress free as possible and always extremely professional. I will be recommending Robinson’s to everyone looking to rent their property out.

Thank you to the wonderful team at RMJ Gravesend, Lily, Jo and Nicola helped with my first time buy. They recommended a mortgage advisor and conveyancer which made the whole process easier and understandable. The moving in box was also very much appreciated. Would recommend in future.

Amazing from start to finish! Lilly was a force of nature with her advice, approach and dedication to getting the sale done. Relentless in updating and advising us. Incredible, personal and sympathetic follow up for the entire completion process from the lovely Jo. She was so very compassionate and caring in all our dealings with her. Thank you so much. After lack lustre service from our initial agent everyone we have dealt with, from anyone taking phone messages to the manager, has demonstrated absolute customer dedication. Thank you

As a semi-professional landlord, it's essential for me to source good tenants who are reliable, trustworthy and willing to look after the property. The team at RM&J went above and beyond - not only with their exceptional marketing leaving me with a pick of rental offers - but also helping me source quality contractors at affordable prices to refurbish the property in advance of renting it. And all within a very compressed period of time so the rental void was minimal. My heartfelt thanks to Chloe, Hollie, Ellie & Stacey - I'll certainly be using your services again and highly recommend others to do so too!

We sold and bought through RMJ which made the whole process easier. Our main contact at the Gravesend branch was Lily who was amazing and kept us updated at every step but we also dealt with other branch staff. They were all fully up to date with our situation and more than willing to help us out at any time. Although we don’t ever want to move again as Lily found us our perfect home, if we did we would be in contact with RMJ immediately!

Very good company. I have used them twice to move and great communication, always a phone call away. Special thanks to Lily for help with progression on our offer and Jo in sales progression for keeping us up to date with emails. We also thank everyone else who helped us with our move.
