Robinson Michael & Jackson - Gravesend

From start to finish the staff made the process clear and stress free. They were realistic and honest in their approach to letting our flat. They were the perfect mix of professional and friendly. It was a pleasure to deal with Chloe, Ellie, Hollie and Stacey. They kept us informed along the way and allowed us to make informed decisions with regards to the rental of our flat. We would have no hesitation using them again.

Would love to thank the Gravesend branch from the very beginning with Andy the branch manager gave me a call to say they have accepted my offer, Then Jo Rossiter took over and has been very approachable and helpful being the mediator between all parties involved in my purchase. With any purchase it can be stressful but the team worked to keep me informed even when Jo was off Lily was able to assist and was up to speed with what stage we was at. Really appreciate the team and thank you for making my first purchase easier and less stressful

Our experience with Robinson Jackson’s Lettings was fantastic. Ellie mainly dealt with us and she is so nice & so helpful! Stacey sorted our referencing and she was very efficient and prompt. Also, Chloe and Hollie dealt with other bits we needed for all to go smoothly and they were also very helpful. I’ve worked with estate agents in the passed and I must say my experience with Robinson Jackson’s Lettings has been Excellent from our first viewing up-to key collection day. Highly recommended.

Our dream home was found within weeks After expressing our requirements to Lily, she was able to find the perfect period home within our price range. Looking around the property with Lily was an absolute pleasure. She is incredibly knowledgeable of the current market, matching client's tastes to potential homes and ultimately put our minds completely at ease. We put in an offer there and then. Nicola, Jo and Lily worked together to communicate our wishes and concerns to the sellers as well as solicitors on both sides. Despite the move being a complicated one, there is absolutely nothing I can say to critique the services provided. We were blown away by the service we received. Thank you so much for helping us to find our dream home

Super service from all of the team. I mainly dealt with Hollie, Ellie and Stacey but the entire team were super helpful and patient with me and all my questions & queries. If this is how my tenancy started, I look forward to dealing with this team of people throughout my tenancy. Really happy with Robinson Michael &Jackson! Hopefully they are just as happy with me as their tenant. ;-)

From the very beginning, I have had a great experience with the team that worked on my property. Chloe was my first point of contact and she was absolutely amazing to work with. VERY proactive, gave me all the information I needed, wasn’t rushed and then followed up at every point. She managed to get the viewings booked in within 6 hours from when the property went on the market. Once the viewings were done, I worked with Ellie who was a delight to work with too. She liaised with me and my potential tenants and the girls ended up getting me more than I was expecting in rent too. The one thing that I would highlight about Chloe and Ellie is that they were 100% on the ball at all times. Once I confirmed which tenant I want to go with, I was handed over to Hollie and Stacey who handle the remaining process of getting the tenants in to the property. Again, they were very responsive and went the extra mile to make this as easy as possible. Thanks to these guys I have someone in the property at a much better rate in less than 3 weeks! I just hope the property management team are as good as these guys.

The Gravesend team have all been really supportive and went beyond our expectations with our recent house move. It was a pleasure to work with them, Lily was great when we listed the house and Jo was everything you need a Sales Progressor to be. I'd be happy to recommend.

My experience with Robinson & Jackson was fantastic. They were very helpful and professional , especially Ben Griffin , Jo Rossiter, Georgia Scott, Nicola & Andy they are awesome, and they were helpful with the purchase of my Mortgage. They are (Number 1) professionals in helping Buying & selling Properties. I now enjoy my New home without any issues. Thank you Guys👍👍

We bought from RMJ, Andy and Jo were very helpful, always got back to us with updates and very patient with us when things were not moving as fast as we hoped. I would highly recommend using them, they were better than the estate agent selling our house, Connells of Rainham. Thank you to Andy, Jo and the team.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
