Robinson Michael & Jackson - Gravesend

The team of Robinson Michael & Jackson’s Gravesend branch has assisted us with both rentals and sales over a period of 10 years. We have returned to them time and again because they consistently got results. Andy and his team are true professionals, friendly and helpful and they keep you informed all the way through the process, which is very reassuring. Thank you!

Great experience working with Stacey, Chloe, Hollie and Ellie. Chloe and her team worked hard and efficiently in finding us new tenants and progressing to the final stages of renting the house back out. All done with professionalism. They are a smooth running machine!

Honestly, the estate agent made the arduous process alot simpler and made me feel like I wasn't alone in pursuing the end goal! Very grateful for the very cooperative and helpful people at the Gravesend branch! Even when someone was off there was always someone else in the team that would reach out to me to provide updates or even just to keep me in the loop of the process and ask how it was going, which was very appreciated :)

Great service from Chloe, Hollie & Stacey in helping me secure a rental property quickly and seamlessly. They supported me throughout the process from start to finish and were super friendly to deal with; making what could have been a stressful experience less so. Thank you all.

Selling house for first time through probate and with their help took a big weight off my mind. Kept me updated throughout and were always friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

From the first moment I met Andy Plaistowe in the office, and during subsquent conversations with Georgia, Jo and Nicola there has been a constant feeling of friendliness and professionalism. I am so thankful that after speaking to other Estate Agents in Gravesend I chose Robinson, Michael & Jackson. The property sale went through in less than 18 weeks (no chain situation) without any hassle or feeling of me being a nuisance with my constant questions. This Estate Agent is one everybody should use ....FACT!

Very impressed with the service I received from Gravesend RMJ. Lily and Andy were particularly helpful, in what was a complex flat sale, involving many viewings and share of freehold transfers. I will definitely use RMJ again in the future and highly recommend.

Jo has been a blessing through this purchase, any questions we needed answering she answered & anytime we couldn’t get hold of the solicitor jo would help with any of our queries! Could not recommend Robinson Michael & Jackson enough the whole team has been fantastic since the beginning! If we ever sell our property it will only ever be through this estate agents. I can’t thank jo and everyone at the graves end branch enough!

I have recently purchased a property through Robinson Michael & Jackson, they have been great throughout the process, keeping me regularly updated as needed. When viewing the property we where given adequate time to see what we wanted and were able to answer any questions we had either immediately or through a follow up with the vendor.

Great service and great communication! I’ve had bad experience with most estate agents being unreliable and unresponsive but wasn’t the case here at all! Chloe was extremely helpful finding me and my family a lovely new home and the rest of the team Ellie, Stacey and Hollie helped me complete everything very smoothly. Great experience, would definitely recommend and use again in the future.
