Very helpful and friendly
Abbie was very helpful and was great at commuting with us to let us know what was going on. Very polite and understanding!
As a first team landlord the team gave good advice, were very helpful helping me to achieve the rent I needed & to ensure the house was ready for tenants.
I initially used another, more moderately priced, ea for my sale and purchase. RM&J are the dominant firm in the area for a reason and it simply isn’t worth the time, effort and disappointment of going with a less well established firm. It won’t save you money in the long run. Tom and Andy were excellent. When it mattered they were hands on and pro-active, working hard and creatively, doing what needed to be done to get the sale through.
Good service. Very responsive team and good guidance all along the purchase journey.
Very helpful made the process quite simple, Jo, from Gravesend branch, even helped after the sale had gone through with some teething problems, for which I was very grateful.
They provided us with really good customer service and we always felt in the loop. Great communication and a smooth process from Robinson Michael & Jackson's end.
Robinson Michael & Jackson Gravesend Branch generated plenty of interest in my late Mother's bungalow and although our first buyer encountered a problem with his sale and pulled out, they re-marketed the property and a new buyer was found within a couple of weeks plus this was over Christmas and the New Year. Jo Rossiter with her cheery voice and disposition was excellent and kept me informed of progress on the sale and made an emotionally charged experience much easier.
After getting my house valued and marketing it I was told the rate was a flat fee of £4,750 didn’t mention about vat on top of this , my first buyer also pulled out which was very frustrating , the only good thing was getting a buyer quick enough to keep on with our purchase.
