I have had quite negative experiences with letting agents in the past however would recommend Northwood wholeheartedly, specifically the Glasgow team. Staff are professional and very helpful and good at keeping you in the loop/ addressing things in a timely manner. Never had an issue raising any repairs and they were able to resolve these fairly quickly. Also the staff a few times went out of their way to be helpful and provide good customer service.

Initially with Rosalind and then with Aimee, the team at Northwood Ltd have always been considerate to the needs of the tennants and proactive in trying to resolve any issues that may have arisen during the period of renting of the property. Thank you for all that you have done.

Very Friendly advisors...

Satisfactory letting agency. Full deposit back but not the quickest at acting on requests and use cheap labour (poor installation of replacement shower screen and windows damaged when new handles installed). Spent the first three weeks without a working boiler (this rent was eventually refunded after actioning our tenancy rights). Nice and friendly staff but do occasionally have to be chased for responses at times.
