Terrible letting agent. They Will try anything to avoid paying what is owed. Awful communication and completely unprofessional.

Horrifying service. Do not rent from these people. Do not know how they sleep at night.

After booking a train through to Glasgow for a viewing, upon calling the letting agent whilst on my journey through, I am advised the property is no longer available and they'll no longer be able to do the viewing... It would have nice to be informed about this before I'd wasted my time and money.

Avoid, they will try and charge illegal non-refundable holding deposit and possibly other fees which are not lawful in Scotland. When challenged on the phone they promptly hung up

Racist people , they made up policies to deliver their discrimination behavior ,they said sorry after filling bunch amount of forms and agreement when I came to the office for payment they mentioned something don't exist in their website , so the only explanation is racism because that apology wasn't reasonable at all , I'm not going to let it go , I promise to deliver this behavior to the cabinet secretary in Scot Gov, Horrible with unqualified staff , this is the 1st disappointment I've ever seen since I moved to Glasgow,

No call back, get you to the viewing then they hit you with all sorts of charges rather than just tell you when your in the office. Certainly wouldn't recommend.
