I had a really positive experience with Northwood. The staff were always friendly and quick to respond to issues and at times went above and beyond in terms of customer service. I had an issue with my cleaning company when I moved out and Aimee was so understanding and even went to check the flat on the weekend so that she made sure I got my deposit back.
