This is the second time we have used Frosts. Our first, 3 years ago was selling our own property and this time my Mother selling hers. On both occasions everyone at Frosts was so helpful and professional. I think where the team at Langley really excel is during the post offer to completion stage. In both our cases the communication and management were so personal and professional. For this we thank Alison. Not to exclude any of the other team in branch as lead Steve ensured the properties were correctly marketed and was always available for sound advice. Everyone in the Langley office deserves praise, so thank you all for your successful completion on both properties and all the little touches that makes you stand out from the crowd.

Not one bad word to say about JW Wood Consett office! Julie & Denise have been absolutely amazing through the viewings to the offer on our dream house! I must admit I called the office multiple times a day which some estate agents have been a little let’s say ‘tired of’ yet not once were the lady’s there rude, tired or annoyed at my voice down the phone! From call backs, arranging viewings, relaying offers and then sending all documents for the acceptance to purchase has all been so easy and smooth sailing!
