The Frost Partnership - Flackwell Heath

Not one bad word to say about JW Wood Consett office! Julie & Denise have been absolutely amazing through the viewings to the offer on our dream house! I must admit I called the office multiple times a day which some estate agents have been a little let’s say ‘tired of’ yet not once were the lady’s there rude, tired or annoyed at my voice down the phone! From call backs, arranging viewings, relaying offers and then sending all documents for the acceptance to purchase has all been so easy and smooth sailing!

Keep you up to date and always helpful. Also dealt with Dawn at after sales who kept us up to date regularly. Thank you

Great help and support with purchase of my new home from Julie Leithead. Always very helpful, friendly and answered all questions I had.

The Team at JWW were excellent. The property was well advertised, they communicated all the time with the seller and prospective buyers. Nothing was too much trouble and resulted in a very good outcome for the seller and buyer

We have used Z-Plan software for the past 5 years and we have been very impressed with its simplistically to generate detailed floor plans. More importantly the pricing is cost effective and very competitive with other software providers.

Received good service and got the job done. AJ was helpful and offered great advice. One thing I would give as feedback is communication, be good to keep client posted every so often. Other than that went smoothly. Would recommend.

Had a positive experience with OPA. A.J. in particular was excellent— clear communication, helpful advice, and very professional from start to finish. Made the whole process much easier.

Would recommend Finlay - I'm only just starting my search but I wanted to recognise him for providing super helpful steers on what I need to consider. Thank you!

We sold our house with Frost this month. It has been a long process, through no fault of Frost and they have supported us thoughtout, in particular Alison (Langley/Slough branch). I would highly recommend this estate agent, they listen to concerns and are always at the end of the phone to help. Alison went above and beyond to ensure we were able to complete with our house move.
