Excellent service throughout our purchase. The team at Frosts couldn’t have been more helpful. Laura Richards over-sore our move, and she was a delight all the way. The kind gift of a Costa voucher at the end was also a really nice touch!

We can't thank Laura and Alex from Frost enough for their incredible help during our recent purchase. Our situation was far from straightforward, with long delays on our end as we waited for our re-mortgage to be finalised before we could exchange. Throughout this incredibly stressful period, Laura and Alex were the definition of professional and compassionate. They were brilliant at keeping their client calm and updated, but more than that, they constantly reassured us and kept our spirits up. Their communication was fantastic and their supportive attitude made all the difference. We genuinely don't think we would have got through it without them. Truly exceptional service that went above and beyond.

I felt very supported by Naomi in the Flackwell Heath office on a long and arduous rental and sale journey of my father's property. I could always count on her stepping in when thi gs weren't going well. She works very hard and does whatever it takes to help.
