The Frost Partnership - Flackwell Heath

I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience I had working with Ricky at the Slough branch. From the very beginning, Ricky was professional, approachable, and incredibly helpful. Renting a property can sometimes feel rushed or unclear, but he made the entire process straightforward and well-organised. He clearly explained each stage from viewing the property and submitting my application to referencing, contracts, and moving in. Communication was one of the strongest aspects of the service. Ricky kept me fully informed throughout, providing regular updates and responding quickly to any questions I had. I always knew what was happening and what was required from me, which made the process feel smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was his efficiency and attention to detail. He ensured all paperwork was handled promptly and coordinated everything seamlessly, making the transition into the property easy. Even after I moved in, he remained helpful and responsive, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, as a tenant, I felt supported, informed, and valued. I would highly recommend Ricky to anyone looking to rent a property, his professionalism and excellent communication truly made a difference.
