The Frost Partnership managed the rental of my property for five years. Excellent service and prompt response to any issues raised by tenants. Praise to Naomi Forward in finding prospective tenants and negotiating rental contracts. She provided great support for a novice landlord. I sold the property this year and Naomi’s expertise played a key role in agreeing the sale price and keeping the sale on track. Her knowledge and input into the process exceeded my expectations of an estate agent’s job description! Naomi is very knowledgeable and has great determination to get things done. Her warm personal style is an asset.

I purchased a house recently through Frost Partnership and I had a great experience with them. Alex Grace was really helpful all throughout, he was very friendly, highly professional, approachable, very prompt and swift in responding. I felt like he was there to help always when needed. I had few conversations with his other colleagues in his office also sometimes and felt all were very helpful and nice. Purchasing house is a bit of a stressful thing but when you have people to support you though your journey of purchase. It will make your life easy and less stressful. Keep it up guys. I can highly recommend The Frost Partnership in Flackwell Heath. I recently sold my property with them and they did a fantastic job on what proved to be a tricky sale. Frost was great in helping find us a new home and selling ours, we sold our house within a week after a lot of interest and due to unfortunate circumstances found a chain that collapsed and was ready to move thanks to Naomi. Was it easy no, but dealing Frost and Naomi made it a whole lot easier than it could have been keeping us and our buyers informed at all times.

Alex Grace at Frost was so professional from start to finish. We viewed several properties and he was always extremely insightful and knowledgeable.
