Appalling! Sadly there isn’t enough space here to provide a full commentary. The level of service offered by Umega is quickly dwindling from poor to shocking, not to mention exhausting. Disappointing because they were, once upon a time, quite good. If looking for an agent to manage your property, do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.
