Would absolutely NOT recommend Umega. They do not care about their tenants whatsoever. I have ongoing repairs that still haven’t been properly dealt with and I’ve made multiple noise complaints with nothing actually being done. Constantly having to chase them just to get basic issues sorted. Absolute joke of a company. Stay clear and go elsewhere if you can. 👎

Super easy to secure the place. However support throughout and communication is awful. Took months to get a light circuit fixed in the bathroom. How is it acceptable to not have a bathroom light?

We contacted Verity Frearson to arrange an appointment for a valuation as we have decide to sell our house. Sam Newby finally arrived with us nearly an hour late and seemed ill prepared and thus unable to give an accurate valuation so left saying he would speak to a colleague and be back in touch with a valuation and details of the deal they could offer, two weeks later and we are still waiting.
