As a landlord, I have used Northwood for several years now. I have always found them to be helpful and efficient. They engage with tenants and conduct property inspections regularly where any faults are identified. They also engage with the tenants for the annual gas safety inspection and arrange access.

I have been a Northwood tenant for the last 8 years and I have found them to be consistently excellent. They are friendly, helpful and always attentive. I am extremely happy with the way Northwood manage my property. They take away all the hassle, and are very friendly people to deal with. They always consult with regards to any spending, and provide their own contractors unless you want to use your own (I've always used their people, as I know they do a good job). I receive regular reports on the status of the property, which is great. On occasions when I have decided to upgrade the property (e.g. installing double glazing), they make all the arrangements for that, too. Fantastic! I love the service they provide.
