Northwood's move in service is absolutely fantastic. It's one of the best experiences I've had with an agent. I worked with Eithne who was kind and courteous. The move out process was a bit frustrating; however, the team took the time to phone me personally to listen to my feedback. It speaks volumes of their customer service.

This is my first time renting a property on my own and the Edinburgh Northwood office have been extremely helpful. Very quick to help with any issues regarding applications or with your property. And also understanding of any queries you may have especially if you have not handled renting a property on your own before. I would highly recommend Northwood as a lettings agency, they have been great thus far.

Northwood manage the rental property that we've been in since January 2020 and they are definitely the best rental agency we've ever had. They ensure all the necessary safety checks and measures are in place every year - keeping us and the landlord right - and are really good at following up when the odd issue or problem arises. I really appreciate that they remember to follow up on things, it's not a case of having to constantly chase, and they deal with things in a timely and fair way.

I'm renting a house that's managed by Northwood on behalf of a private landlord, and have been for about 2 years. In that time everything's been pretty smooth- I've had some faults repaired in a reasonable timescale, the communications have been good if not quite perfect. As a renter I'm not sure you really a management company, you just get what you get when you find a property you like but Northwood have been very good for me.

Northwood took over from the Key Place as our letting agent about half way through our tenancy. They were pretty reasonable and fair throughout their time. I would give 5 stars but it took several weeks to resolve a washing machine that needed replacing and a boiler that needed fixing (two or three times an engineer came round without keys when we told them no one was home and he would need to pick up keys from them). It also took several weeks to receive our check out letter after we had to prompt them a few times. However, the rest of the time they were reasonable and fair and didn't overcharge us for cleaning fees like I hear Southside do.
