I cannot recommend Northwood highly enough. I have used them to manage my properties for many years and they have constantly gone above and beyond. They are the most professional company I have ever dealt with and their attitude and expertise takes the stress out of renting. I am extremely happy with the way Northwood manage my property. They take away all the hassle, and are very friendly people to deal with. They always consult with regards to any spending, and provide their own contractors unless you want to use your own (I've always used their people, as I know they do a good job). I receive regular reports on the status of the property, which is great. On occasions when I have decided to upgrade the property (e.g. installing double glazing), they make all the arrangements for that, too. Fantastic! I love the service they provide.
