In 2019, my husband and I made a big move from Malaysia to Scotland. After 4 weeks of house viewing, nothing worked out as many were disappointing. Any time we had a maintenance issue or even a newbie moment of not knowing how things functioned, they assisted us in every way they could in an extremely efficient and timely manner. They were friendly, competent, professional, responded and communicated well with us. Even in the middle of a pandemic, their services never faltered and our moving out was smooth with no glitches at all.
