Very sluggish agency in processing application or responding to you

As a contractor I can’t stress enough to stay away : 2 months been awaiting them to pay our invoice to the point it’s had to be passed to a debt collection company. Avoid!

The worst letting agency i've been with. The few times i've had to ring for assistance i've been met by rude/unprofessional operators on the other end of the line. Even from setting up my flat viewing months ago I was met on the phone by an older women who had absolutely no professionalism at all, extremely rude and off putting. Also for some reason their general email address isn't listed anywhere on their website? They have a section that claims to go through to an un-named email however good luck getting a response through that. Your only option is to phone them up which can be very inconvenient as the only form of contact. It makes me wonder what the reason is to not list an email address anywhere, seems like it's definitely done on purpose for whatever reason.

The branch email is: dundee@belvoir.co.uk The email address is not placed on the website as this can be used for spam bots and makes the email function vunerable, there is instead a contact form which is sent through to the same email inbox. Very bad letting agency they bully pregnant women and try to intimidate them and blame them for damaged faulty equipment in there house. Very rude on the phone harass you on emails even though I have a solicitor involved. Don’t fix anything! Rent money goes missing all the time. Try to evict tenants on illegal basis. Would never recommend them to anyone after SLG staff took over it’s all went down hill!

Hi Samantha, Unfortunately we cannot comment on individual circumstances publicly. However, suffice to say we very strongly refute that anyone in our team bully or attempt to intimidate any of our tenants. Processes and policies both internally and externally protect tenants from "illegal evictions". We can never expect any tenant to be happy to be evicted from their property, it is always the very last resort we will take as a business. We do however wish you all the best in future.
