Amazing customer service

Wonderful customer service from Benito, originally rang to view one property and after asking a few questions on what we were looking for ended up viewing 3 lovely properties. All the staff seem friendly if we couldn't get a hold of Benito and asked if they could help in anyway. Best estate agent we have used as he was willing to answer all questions and even showed us around each property in great detail.

Efficient, friendly service, seem to have the balance right

unclear bidding process

Unhappy with way that we were in a bidding round. Bid the highest, offered property and then had it withdrawn as we were not a cash buyer and agent was holding inaccurate information on us. There was no mention of other criteria being used until this point. Believe we were artificially used to up the price. If dealing with this agent make sure the terms of the bid process are given to you in writing.

Do not use this company

Do not use this company. This has been the most stressful house sale we have ever had. The agent has given us a total run around.
