Right from the start the team at Jackson-Stops were friendly and highly professional. Unlike other estate agents all members of the team visited our house so that each viewing would be as good as it could be. We had lots of viewings and the team worked tirelessly to achieve our sale. We had weekly updates and review meetings so we were always kept apprised of the situation. Chris, Lucy , Daryll and Nicki really impressed us when doing viewings, remembering all the features and aspects of our property. No hard sell when we were looking at properties, and when we found 'the one' they were consistently on the case, and full of helpful advice to drive the purchase through. We often found ourselves asking their advice over our sale rather than the agent we had engaged as they were far more on the ball! We bought a new property through Jackson Stops in Dec '18 and recently concluded the sale of our old property, also using JS. The service received was excellent throughout, with great responsiveness, sensitivity, patience and attention-to-detail. When we encountered the inevitable snags/delays, we felt that Nicki (our main contact) and colleagues were doing their utmost to move things along, rather than letting them drift. Having agents who were so pleasant to deal with made the whole process far more bearable, and we would recommend JS to others...

I can't thank Nicki Perrin at Jackson Stops enough for all her help and support. It took me a really long time to find the perfect house and she stuck by me. Always professional and positive. She took time to really understand what I wanted and I really felt like she went out of her way to help me.
