No hard sell when we were looking at properties, and when we found 'the one' they were consistently on the case, and full of helpful advice to drive the purchase through. Jackson Stops Dorking were selling our dream home. Whilst the chain took a long time to complete Darrell worked very hard to hold the chain together, giving us weekly updates on what was (or not!) going on.
