We bought a new property through Jackson Stops in Dec '18 and recently concluded the sale of our old property, also using JS. The service received was excellent throughout, with great responsiveness, sensitivity, patience and attention-to-detail. When we encountered the inevitable snags/delays, we felt that Nicki (our main contact) and colleagues were doing their utmost to move things along, rather than letting them drift. Having agents who were so pleasant to deal with made the whole process far more bearable, and we would recommend JS to others...
