The start point of our relationship was getting a realistic valuation for the property I wished to sell as Executor for a deceased Aunt. Other agents indicated a higher value than did Alan King but I have found out the hard way before that there is no point in pitching the sale price of a house unrealistically high. I chose Jackson-Stops as Agents because they seemed to have more fire in their bellies than was apparent in some of their competitors. It was not a decision I regretted. The flow of information and advice was of the best quality, so I knew of each viewing beforehand and received useful feedback afterwards. I also received a weekly summary of all web activity. Once we had an interested buyer there were certain bureaucratic hurdles to overcome but Chris Fairclough was helpful and patient in dealing with these so that we were able to conclude a satisfactory sale. I have no hesitation in commending Jackson-Stops. Indeed, if ever I decide to sell my own home they would now be my first choice estate agent.
