On market to completion in 9 weeks! The team at a Martin Walker did a great job in getting us moved. They understood we needed to a find a buyer quickly but who also was going to pay top money and they did it. They found us a buyer with nothing to sell, progressed the sale and had us moved in just 9 weeks. The marketing details were excellent and the pole photography made a real difference to make our house stand out on rightmove. Their experience and knowledge was second to none and we wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

Our house was not the run-of-the-mill property and took some time to sell, so the agent had to work quite hard over a period time to find the right buyer. These guys are on the ball. Supposedly moving house is the second most stressful thing you'll ever do...doesn't seem like it when you have Martin Walker supporting you through the whole process. As this was the first time we have sold and brought, they were great at guiding us through the tedious process, advising us who to speak to and when, they were always happy to liaise with our Solicitor or do any chasing with other parties involved. Very friendly and approachable, I would highly recommend them! Happy to have chosen Martin Walker and paid a little more than using an on-line only Estate Agents, we will be using them again when we next move (which I hope won't be for many years).
