As I don't live locally it was vital for me to engage agents who instilled trust and confidence and who would keep me informed throughout the sale. From the very first experience of meeting Martin and with the ongoing help of Andrew and the delightful Emma my expectations have been met in spades. The marketing strategy that Martin recommended at our first meeting proved to be the very best advice of all of the agents I canvassed and resulted in my achieving the very best sale price. Estate agents don't always get the best press but from my personal experience this is one agency that is at the top of its game and i would not hesitate to use again.

From our first visit to register our details through to our keys to our new home being left at the hotel for the early arrival of the removal company the following day. Whenever we phoned the office the team were friendly and quickly resolved any concerns we had. These guys are on the ball. Supposedly moving house is the second most stressful thing you'll ever do...doesn't seem like it when you have Martin Walker supporting you through the whole process. As this was the first time we have sold and brought, they were great at guiding us through the tedious process, advising us who to speak to and when, they were always happy to liaise with our Solicitor or do any chasing with other parties involved. Very friendly and approachable, I would highly recommend them! What would I have done without Emma Woodhead (and Andrew) fighting my corner to get the property I loved?
