All of the team were helpful through the process. Got into our first home just in time for Christmas!

While the service from the agent selling the house met my expectations i would not recommend signing up for the after sales package even if there is a no completion fee guarantee for the next house if the original falls through. The website used to keep me up to date as we progressed through the process did not meet my expectations. I use such a system in my own business therefore possibly my opinion is a bit harsh as i have something to compare it against.

Joe Baross was very knowledgable about the properties he showed us and paid attention to the parts of the properties we liked and found us new ones to fit the criteria going forward.

This is a difficult review to write when the house went onto the market we were advised not to do any renovations to the property i think this was a mistake all the feed back (some times a long time commin)g was that there was to much work to do on the house although we had put the house on at the bottom end for this type of property. so two months in we refurbished the kitchin and bathroom and the outside and got a buyer right away who was looking for a property that you could just move in. up until then the estate agent had not been all that proactive but once a buyer was got Mikyle Andrews then stepped in and negotiated a good deal with the buyer althrough not the asking price from then on Mikyle Andrews phoned me every day and was very proactive phoning and chasing the solicitors and talking to the buyer so in the end it was a very quick sale. i would like to thank Mikyle for driving the sale through.

The team are lovely to work with but need to clarify sellers& buyers situations and motivating force's to enable everyone to have a clearer idea of what the expectations are. When it came to exchange I felt I needed to chase all parties myself a job the agent should really be doing to get the exchange over the line. I do recommend Jones Robinson, pre sale Martin was excellent for just talking through things.
