I recently purchased an investment property which completed at the end of March just when the Covid-19 lockdown had come into force. Despite not being able to conduct viewings, Jones Robinson took photos of the property and made a virtual tour, walk-through video as part of their marketing campaign. As a result, there was a great deal of interest in the property and a tenant was found almost immediately following relaxation of lockdown regulations. We are grateful to Andrew and Mikyle at Jones Robinson for successfully negotiating on our behalf our offer for the property. There was a problem with a water leak which had damaged a ceiling. Understandably we were anxious that this should be rectified before completing the purchase. True to form, this was resolved rapidly by Jones Robinson who also ascertained the cause.
