The staff in Devizes that have shown us properties have always been helpful and done what they can. As for Newbury, they give false information, one lady is very rude, and not at all considerate about people struggling to find a home. Will be avoiding in the future!

Extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience. I expressed interest in a property and submitted my application promptly, only to be left chasing for updates. Communication was poor-voicemails were ignored, and when I finally heard back, I was told the landlords had chosen another tenant without any opportunity to negotiate. I offered more money and an earlier start date, but again, I received no response. The lack of follow-up and dismissive attitude from the staff was unacceptable. Overall, a complete waste of time and a very disappointing experience.

Woeful levels of communication and service throughout. A laissez-faire approach throughout a protracted four month transaction. I have no idea what roles the Sales Manager and Office Manager play. Failed to communicate the absence of probate on property being purchased. I will avoid this agent at all costs in future.

Rubbish, I booked a viewing of the house that actually ended up being the wrong house so I couldn't actually view it when it suited me, the person I booked with didn't bother to get out the office himself, I also didn't like being called a applicant in front of me as I wasn't taken seriously and didn't feel like I mattered at all, I have therefor already now bought a house from someone else, over all a bad experience, won't ever use again, very poor
