We cannot recommend the Martin Walker estate ageny in Devizes more highly. We purchased our house through them recently and as such were not the party paying their fee. Indeed, we were not paying any estate agent, having sold our own house independently. Notwithstanding that keeping the purchasers on side is important for the sellers, Emma Woodhead and the wider team at Martin Walker supported us throughout the whole process, responding to our numerous questions as promptly and efficiently as if we were their main client. I selected Martin Walker to sell my parent's home in the Devizes area and dealt with Andrew Francis and other members of the team. They offered realistic, experience based advice about pricing and honest views about how to present the property. They managed the relationship with bidders and buyers, representing our interests, in a way that resulted in a good outcome for both parties, and above all demonstrated a sense of urgency at the same time as guiding us through all the options. I found the whole team to be first class in every respect.

The sale of the cottage took over 2 years with 2 buyers pulling out and having a long wait for probate but the Jones Robinson team stuck with it. The cottage was overvalued at the beginning but the customer service was very good .

I have been a longstanding client of Jones Robinson for some 15 years both on the lettings side and also the sales side. While I would not necessarily re use the Lettings Team there having found the service extremely variable I would definitely use the sales team again. Jones Robinson have sold two houses for me in the past two years. The house sale in 2022 was very straightforward - not least because of the state of the market at the time and the level of interest in the property. The team handled everything well. We had offers within 48 hours and we completed the sale within a few weeks. The second sale was a much more difficult prospect - January 2024 was not a great time to sell a house. The house needed some attention and the elderly occupant had some needs that Jones Robinson did their absolute utmost to meet. Even in a tricky market the house was sold fairly quickly and all parties did their best to conclude the sale quickly. The Jones Robinson team displayed immense patience and compassion towards the elderly occupant of the property and could not have done more on facilitating viewings etc. Having seen how they handled two very different sales but equally well I would certainly use them again.

Excellent service. Andrew kept me informed on the way with updates etc. Probably not your fault but long delay getting a key's on the day.

We had a brilliant viewing with Dora on Saturday 6th January. What a lovely lady, Dora knew everything about the property, to the point that we didn't even have any questions.
