My wife and I will be moving back to the UK within the next few months and have decided on settling in the Devizes area. Martin Walker met with me quickly following my initial enquiry and was able to provide me with very good advice on the property value and best approach to presentation for sale. We were able to quickly agree terms and within a short period an energy performance certificate and floor plans were provided complete with well considered photographs and description forming the property details. Details were posted locally and on line and we had in excess of ten viewings in the first two weeks. The property was vacant but all viewings were accompanied and I was kept advised of comments. Following receipt of an offer I was able to discuss the way forward and the necessary negotiations were then undertaken on my behalf resulting in a successful sale. Overall I was very pleased with the way Martin Walker and his staff managed the sale and would not hesitate to consider them in the future.
