A fantastic service from all at Jones Robinson, Devizes branch. During a very busy period, the team showed a great deal of pragmatism, diligence and attentiveness in selling our property. Mikyle and Martin were fantastic during the initial stage of the process, with Andrew going above and beyond in selling the property. Because of the team's efforts, a great buyer was secured in a very short space of time. Very satisfied with the service, definitely recommend.

We were exceptionally pleased with the service we received from Martin Walker Estate Agents. From viewing our first property to completing our sale we were given up to date information and contacted regularly on the progress of our purchase. When viewing properties, we never felt pressured into a singe purchase and the team were able to accommodate our very busy work schedule with later appointments than any other estate agent in Devizes. We were regularly sent properties that were within our price range and realistic to what we wanted. Proving that time was taken to listen to us. Even during these extremely stressful and somewhat difficult times, we never felt out of the loop and any issue that was addressed through out the whole journey was dealt with promptly and very professionally. Andrew (in particular - as he dealt with our purchase) and all staff we dealt with were professional, yet friendly and could not have been more helpful, flexible and compassionate. They took the time to listen to our queries and had a genuine interest in the journey we were taking to upscale our property for an up and coming new family. By doing so, we felt like we were the only clients moving, all phone calls and emails were returned promptly and due care, attention and detail were given to ensure they could give as much information as possible. Right from the initial contact with Mikyle, our valuation visit from Rosie through to sales progression with Andrew this has by far been the best experience we have with a Devizes Estate Agent - and we have moved many times! The quality of the photographs, brochure and virtual tour were fantastic. We also viewed properties with them (and bought one!) and found all the viewing team members to be very well prepared with their knowledge of all the properties. Nothing has at any stage been too much trouble. I highly recommend them.

I have extremely positive feedback to give Jones Robinson. I viewed my prospective house twice, both at times convenient to myself even during lock down, and had all my questions answered at the viewings. The conveyancing process had a few hiccups related mainly to delays caused by covid restrictions, however Andrew Francis at Jones Robinson (or Mikyle if Andrew was unavailable) was there at the end of a phone, pushing things through, passing information up and down the chain and calmly helping to manage my frustrations as dates slipped. I never once had a call not returned promptly or ever felt Andrew was being anything but honest and proactive. I can't say the bottle of gin presented to me with the keys to the house swayed my opinion at all but it was welcome on moving-in day! Superb professional team and I certainly recommend them.
