Professional Properties

Best service I have received from an agency in Derby for a long time. I am particularly impressed with their knowledge of the current legislation to keep us landlords compliant. I will be instructing them on my new build properties as soon as they are available for marketing.

Excellent customer service, very friendly helpful staff. Always had excellent tenants and been paid promptly. Thank you-highly recommended

The change was so easy from my old apartment to my new one, only problem we had was when it came to 10am and no one was there to let us in but that wasn't an issue as i'm fully aware what morning meetings are like. Will recommend and be using your company again thank you so much for the help

I've been with professional properties for over 2 years and I cannot complain about the service they provide. Always professional and very helpful with any queries I've had in the past! I'd reccomend professional properties to anyone who are looking to rent a property.

Exceptional service from the whole team but especially Lucy, Kelsey and Jane. Nothing was to much trouble, made the entire process seem flawless. Would recommend at the highest level.

As a landlord, the team looked after the whole letting process & look after the management too. Very good service & staff.

Great professional agency with excellent customer service.

Fabulous staff and a very professional service.

I was really hesitant with dealing with an agency as I had heard mixed reviews but I couldn’t have been more wrong! The whole process was really smooth and I felt at ease with updates the whole way through. …
