Closed today although website shows as open

Upon arrival the man came downstairs I said hello he said what are you here for again? Quite rude in the way he spoke. Take him out of the picture everyone else was pleasent. The building is structually inept

Things were perfectly fine at the start, but the tone shifted quite noticeably by the end. Once I handed in my notice, it felt like I was just something to move along quickly, simply because I was no longer a customer. The end of the tenancy came across as rushed and a bit impersonal, which made an already stressful process more so than it needed to be, and ultimately ruined what had otherwise been a good experience renting with them. Overall, not the best - but glad that's no longer something I have to deal with.

Becky was extremely helpful and prompt to respond during my house purchase from Cope and Co - thank you. However I cannot rate higher than a 2, as I was not provided with all of the keys on completion. I did not get a back door key, despite going through this door on a viewing, and it being opened on the property survey. I have not been given the key - when I queried this I was told it MAY have been left in a drawer or MAY have been on the large set of keys I was given. It was neither. I now have the cost of a locksmith to change the locks on my own back door. Not a good start having just bought the house. Left a sour taste on the whole purchase process.
