I am so grateful I found these guys, especially Simon. They are very honest and go above and beyond to help you. Being based 100miles away from Derby, I needed a great team who I could trust to help manage my property business. Thanks to Simon and the team, I now have that :)
Absolutely fantastic company. Simon has been very helpful, sharing his knowledge and providing a lot of advice. Clearly an expert on the market across the whole of Derby. Strongly recommend speaking with professional properties if you have a place to rent. I look forward to continuing to work with Simon and all his team in the future.
As a landlord looking to buy a suitable property for rental, I contacted Simon Joyce at Professional Properties and he provided me with excellent help & advice. Having purchased the property, Simon then came and did the rental valuation and then made a follow up visit to take photographs. His service from the start to end was Excellent. We have dealt with Professional Properties previously and are now using there services again ... thank you.
