House in poor state. Many problems. Safety certificates were out of date. Broken dryer, ovens and freezer that has so far taken months to fix. (Still ongoing).

Based on my daughters experience as a tenant I am of the opinion that they are not the most competent lettings company. Numerous issues since the tenancy commenced in July 2020 and many still not resolved. I'll be happy once my daughters tenancy ends June 2021 as she's moving into more suitable accommodation. I would suggest they undertake a more thorough review of premises prior to letting them in regards to health and safety and basic hygiene.

Absolutely awful. Currently Renting a Student house. A bed broke at the beginning of our tenancy, and the person had to sleep on the mattress on the floor for 8 months. (we could not replace any furniture, agency had to) We have a semi-collapsing ceiling which was looked at at the beginning of our tenancy, and they said it “SHOULDN'T” collapse as long as its fixed within the next month. that was a year ago. Our boiler has been broken since July, and only one contractor has come out and just said “yeah its fine” when we now have no heating for winter. 3 emails later and they still haven't responded. To top this all off, the landlord came to the house with the new bed, he told us that the agency hadn't informed him about any of the problems in the house. ridiculous. when I've called in the past to ask whats going on, I've just had a rude response. I am a criminology student, i know my legal stuff. when repeating what i knew about boilers and fixing them and the legal amount of time to fix them , the response was “don't go throwing council stuff at me you’ve gone and googled” horrible agency. will never be coming back once this lease is over. awful.

had to deal with christopher sharman few weeks ago. he issued a tenancy contract for a random date that i never asked for and then went on to invent his owns terms and regulations such as “deferred deposit”. would not recommend to anyone.

Don’t go with these unless you want 75% of ur deposit taken for a broken door handle
