Used NH for our new property rental and subsequently for our second property 6 months later because of the service experienced. Got tenants signed in less than 24 hours. 5 stars to Belinda and the team. Had a couple of repairs and one tenancy renewal which seems to have gone well although did have to ask for the interim report and would have liked photos too. Previously used another agency who's service wasn't great so very cautious and weary of letting agencies. Would definitely recommend NH and specifically Belinda.

Good sevice

Please read their contracts very CAREFULLY! My friend is about to pay 3 months rent but cant actually move in until Sept! Goods can go in July ???as if their belongings can be left in an empty shared house!! Staff care about money but very little else
