After not being able to find tenants for the next academic year, Nicholas Humphreys have been fantastic. A really professional approach to letting my two student properties. I now have a designated property manager deals with any issues with either property.

Was an easy process of claiming keys and the people at humphreys are amazing so quick with responses and questions. Only let down would be how clean the property was when moving in as it needed a full deep clean before unpacking half of the belongings. With the big deposit was expecting more appliances to be provided then just a tv and a small travel kettle.

The staffs in Nicholas Humphrey are friendly and polite ranging from replying emails, answering calls , viewing property and handing of keys. Bali was the property manager of my apartment, she’s active and friendly although did not reply my mails on time before I moved in. The apartment was okay, spacious but wasn’t tidy enough. Overall experience was amazing.

It was nice experience with Lisa Harrison. I was guided all the way and every step was well explained.
