Absolutely awful. Currently Renting a Student house. A bed broke at the beginning of our tenancy, and the person had to sleep on the mattress on the floor for 8 months. (we could not replace any furniture, agency had to) We have a semi-collapsing ceiling which was looked at at the beginning of our tenancy, and they said it “SHOULDN'T” collapse as long as its fixed within the next month. that was a year ago. Our boiler has been broken since July, and only one contractor has come out and just said “yeah its fine” when we now have no heating for winter. 3 emails later and they still haven't responded. To top this all off, the landlord came to the house with the new bed, he told us that the agency hadn't informed him about any of the problems in the house. ridiculous. when I've called in the past to ask whats going on, I've just had a rude response. I am a criminology student, i know my legal stuff. when repeating what i knew about boilers and fixing them and the legal amount of time to fix them , the response was “don't go throwing council stuff at me you’ve gone and googled” horrible agency. will never be coming back once this lease is over. awful.
