I am on a premium account with 2 houses under there property management scheme. They never return any phone calls and never give you any information they charge more then anybody else and everything they do is a extra cost. I have 1 tenant that has paid them £2,400 in one month and I have not received a penny off Sillars. Nor any Statements from Sillars. How am I supposed to pay Mortgage payments and home insurance etc. Be very careful they just in it for what they can milk you for. Very expensive 12.5% + vat for premium property management and you get nothing for that money as everything is charged as a extra. It's a money making Scamming company.

This company withhold your Bond and won't release it, even when they are no longer your landlord.. all they had to do is click a single button on the internet to release the Bond.. But they wont.. We have the tenancy agreement and the Bond deposit scheme details.. we have now got our friend Adrian Harman (Kings Council) to rack up tens of thousands of pounds in legal fees, while we take them to court.. The most costly single mouse click in history 😆 Totally Incompetent company.. steer well clear..

Terrible company. I booked a viewing with them and no one showed up. I tried to call the number provided and after I went through the automated menus they hung up the phone. This company should be dissolved immediately.

Trying to call somebody as my boiler is leaking. Nobody is answering.

Hi Stacey, I'm sorry to hear you're not entirely satisfied with our service. I've tried calling today to discuss this with you and get an understanding of the issues. I can see your comment was left on a Saturday, when our office is closed. This would explain why no-one has been able to answer your call. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with, was told when I collected my keys that there was a leak in two areas of the house that would be dealt with - they were there still when I moved out 6 months later. Had to chase up multiple jobs that needed doing more than once. Boiler broke and was left without heating for a month in the worst part winter, which led to a damp build up. Tried to rob me of some of my deposit when I left the house because the ‘lights didn’t work’, yet they’d failed to actually switch them on! Avoid this company.

Absolute shocking service don't do repairs then try take your bond aswell as chuck a whole lot of other charges on top absolute discrase this company what ever you do don't go with them they will have your eyes right outPositiveProfessionalism
