I AM SAD IN THIS HOUSE. I rescind my previous review. The paperwork to rent was effortless but since moving in, it's been misery Update: I have been most miserable since moved into this property. I have spent hours on end thinking what I did to deserve this. I have sent over 50 emails on the same issues in over 2 months of moving in. I moved in 2/2, till today 28/3, stuff they told me was going to be fixed hasn't been. My front door handle is lax and as such I can't lock it, my security and property is at risk. I have cancelled driving appointments and lost money due to waiting for vendors who don't show up, I have rescheduled property delivery and paid redelivery fees after being given appointments. I have sent chats that have been read without response. A part of the rental that was advertised which was meant to be an attraction for the rental is not fit for use. I am most unhappy. I have had to obtain permission at work to come home for things to be fixed and yet nothing done. My mental health has been badly affected since being here. I am sad!!!!
