My property was a multi-let and Martin and Co at Crystal Palace handled the lettings very profesionally, they were always very polite and willing to work together on any issues that arose in connection with the property, with both myself or with the tennants. I always felt I could call up and talk about any concerns regarding the property with them, at any given moment and without fail they were allways very warm welcoming and helpful, they made the whole process so easy for me. I also intructed them to handle the sale of this property, and was delighted with the way they managed to arrange the viewings with the tenants and all the little extras that they did to help, which I could not do as I do not live in the UK, this was way above what was expected and I shall be forever greatful to them. They certainly made both the lettings and the sale process go as smoothly as one could wish for.

Very friendly and helpful agents. When something needs sorting, there's never a problem. We moved on a very hot day and the cold tonic and wines left in the fridge were most welcome after all the stress of the day.
