If I could award more than 5 stars I would. James and staff handled a really tricky sale of my property. I Can't THANK him enough. Martin & Co really earned their commission on this one. Any emails were answered promptly. I was not left in the dark wondering what was going on. He pushed and prodded solicitors, not just mine but all along the chain. If only all Estate Agents were like this. I always felt James had my best interests at heart when we hit a snag. And we hit many Snags!!! I was congratulated when the sale went through, as though I'd won a prize. I suppose you could say I had won a prize, managing to find the best Estate Agent in the area I sold my flat.
