James and Lucy were the light in the storm of a challenging situation of getting renters for our flat. They gave us clear, low-pressure explanations, great help with logistics, and then found us tenants that seem to be a dream. They turned what had been a stressful process of learning the ropes as landlords in to something positive and successful for all parties concerned. Couldn't have done it without them. I'll also add that they have an additional proactive commitment to the local community, providing sponsorship for local events like the OverGround Festival, running fun projects that bring the community together, and just generally being engaged with making Crystal Palace (widely defined) a better place to live. I felt that engaging their professional help with my personal business needs then had a wider positive effect for our area. A win on all sides!
