Martin and Co Crystal Palace manage our property for us as we live abroad and I can not recommend them highly enough. We have been with them for a good four years now. Its unusual to have access to the owner of a business, but James is always there to answer our emails and reassure us. He is actively involved and he and his wife Lucy have even gone so far as to remove rubbish from our property after a tenancy change over during their precious weekend. This is a professional business with a family feel. The complete opposite to Foxtons!

Great, genuine service throughout, never felt misled or 'managed' by them throughout the successful sale of our flat. Always easy to speak to someone and never felt I was being a nuisance. I have to thank everyone at Martin & Co Crystal Palace for their diligence in helping my husband and I get the flat we wanted to make our new home. Michael was wonderful and readily available to show me the flat first while I had first returned to the UK from the states before my husband; and then showing it a second time to my husband when he arrived. Annabel was wonderful at responding to every email or question I had throughout the whole process and made the experience that much easier. We were even able to move in earlier due to the teams hard work in the process!
