A good local agent with knowledge of the area. Understanding, patient and communicative. We felt we were in good hands and could discuss any concerns with ease. We sold our house relatively simply and we would happily recommend Martin & Co Crystal Palace to serious vendors in the area.

James was responsive and helpful in what proved to be a drawn out process with various legal hiccups. The team nudged it along to completion. An agency I would return to.

Stay away from this agency! As a tenant I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. After 12 years of renting they breached the contract by giving only two months notice in the middle of the contractual year. In addition to that they kept for themselves £1700 deposit without giving any explanation. Pure rubbish!

extremely bad experience. I called to view a one bed flat for me and my partner and the agent on the phone was extremely rude and apprehensive about our jobs. I told her that I am a journalist and my partner works in gallery administration, and she tried to dig for even more details (she wanted to know when we graduated etc) after I disclosed our salaries. When I said to her that I wouldn't be calling if we couldn't afford the place, she got very rude. I understand that an agent wants to know the income, but suggesting that one can't afford a place, when that isn't true is just overstepping the mark a bit. I called after to cancel the viewing since we didn't feel comfortable after their rude behaviour. Avoid if you can!

Made an appointment to view their advertised property 2 days prior before the actual viewing. The lady that took my call did NOT put this booking in their diary nor made any parties aware of the viewing. I have travelled to the property this morning and waited outside the house, called up Martin & Co and they replied that they have forgotten to put this in their diary. Useless & Complete waste of my Time !!

I went to view a property on 10/6/22 and estate agent, Michael, would not let me view the property due to being 10minutes late for the appointment. He had not told me that I had 10mins to view the property and having told him that I'd travelled far he still asked me to rearrange to another date. I found this rude and not accommodating, especially because he had not said that I'd only have 10minutes to view the property. My reviews therefore are not views of the property but of Michael, whom I found to be quite rude and unhelpful.
