Any emails were answered really quickly, I was not left in the dark wondering what was going on, James pushed and prodded solicitors, not just mine but all the way along the chain. If only all Estate Agents were like this. I always felt James had my best interest at heart when we hit a snag. And we hit many snags!!! I was congratulated when the sale went through, as though I'd won a prize. I suppose you could say I had won a prize, managing to find the best Estate Agent for me in the area I sold my flat in. James and his team at Martin & Co Crystal Palace go above and beyond what is expected of them. The team is hard working, efficient and I can't fault them in anyway.
