James and Lucy are a new breed of estate agents who seem to understand that customer service and peace of mind go hand in glove. I have nothing but praise for everything they have done while letting my property over the last 2 years. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for them. I would strongly recommend them.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. James and staff handled a really tricky sale of my property, I can't THANK him enough. Martin & Co really earned their commission on this one. Any emails were answered really quickly, I was not left in the dark wondering what was going on, James pushed and prodded solicitors, not just mine but all the way along the chain. If only all Estate Agents were like this. I always felt James had my best interest at heart when we hit a snag. And we hit many snags!!! I was congratulated when the sale went through, as though I'd won a prize. I suppose you could say I had won a prize, managing to find the best Estate Agent for me in the area I sold my flat in. At the end of the transaction I felt I had gained a friend. A heartfelt THANK YOU from me to you all.

James and his team at Martin & Co Crystal Palace go above and beyond what is expected of them. The team is hard working, efficient and I can't fault them in anyway. They rented out my property after i moved abroad with my husband. From start to finish they took care of everything. I trust them fully and would highly recommend them to any landlord or tenant.
