If I could award more than 5 stars I would. James and staff handled a really tricky sale of my property. I Can't THANK him enough. Martin & Co really earned their commission on this one. Any emails were answered promptly. I was not left in the dark wondering what was going on. He pushed and prodded solicitors, not just mine but all along the chain. If only all Estate Agents were like this. I always felt James had my best interests at heart when we hit a snag. And we hit many Snags!!! I was congratulated when the sale went through, as though I'd won a prize. I suppose you could say I had won a prize, managing to find the best Estate Agent in the area I sold my flat. At the end of the transaction I felt I had gained a friend. A heartfelt 'Thank You' from me to you all.

Having wanted to move to Palace for a long time and having a fairly stressful and protracted move, we would have been lost without Martin and Co. I recently bought a property that was sold by Martin & Co. It was a tricky sale as the freehold needed to be purchased and the seller was very anxious to complete (and he was constantly threatening to pull out if it didn't complete in time). I honestly don't think it would have gone through without James, who was amazing. He kept in constant contact with everyone the whole time and chased all the lawyers involved (mine and the sellers) to make sure all the necessary steps were done in time. That was my experience as a buyer so I know that if I ever sold my property though Martin and Co, James would do everything in his power to make sure the sale completed and nothing held it up.

I would highly recommend Martin & Co to sell your home. Very personal service and knew exactly the right people to show my flat to. I had no reservations about leaving a set of keys with them. All the staff were lovely and always kept me informed. There was no need to chase and they would call or email on a regular basis. Even when things became a bit tough towards the end, James was on it, getting updates from solicitors etc. I couldn't have asked for a better service. Thank you Ax
