The reason this is 3 stars and not higher is simply based on overall experience with regards to renting for a year and the check out process, which was frustrating to be polite. And the score would have been a lot lower had it not been for George Barnes. He breaks the stereotype and if I was rating him on just the service he provided then I would happily score them a perfect score. A nice guy, who works hard and is a pleasure to work with. Also would recommend Alexander. I had limited interactions with her however she was always very friendly and helpful. Always came across like she genuinely wanted to help you get the right property.
I recently purchased a property through Streets Ahead. The upside was that the property was in the perfect location and perfect size. I found Streets Ahead overall like any other Estate Agent. Harley was good at his work of showing us the property around. However, I would have expected the company to notify us when the property was broken into by squatters between the offer and exchange stage. I felt that Sapphire King Harris was seller focused, although her assistance at the exchange and completion stage was good due to a very bad solicitor I had. Perhaps it would have been better for estate agents to look at the buyer's perspective. In the end the seller was definitely the winner and Streets Ahead on its commission. But in the end, I got a great property with an okay service which balances the stars I have rated.

I wanted to move from East Ham to Croydon and I thought it would be so difficult to find a suitable apartment. However Cameron of streets ahead made it so easy!!!! Cameron is letting professional and has take care of everything except to a journey for viewing of couple properties. Both the properties were as per my specification given to Cameroon earlier.
Have to say we’re rather disappointed. The tenant they put up have caused “ issues” within 3 months of living there to the point where as landlords we have already given notice. We are constantly chasing up our property manager to get things done, there is little initiative and we have already received a refund of their fee last month for accepted “ poor service “ Rather fed up with having to constantly ask for updates and push for action.NegativeResponsiveness
Somehow, couldn't get the professionalism expected.
Failed to arrive for the valuation on the date agreed.
I lived on aa flat for a year that was under the management of Streets Ahead estate agents, and the only thing I cannot complain about it that they DO respond to your inquiries, HOWEVER, they don't do anything for the tenant. Whatever you ask them, their only response is "yes, sorry..but this is how it is" whereas I believe the agency is supposed to be a good communicator between the property manager/landlord and the tenant. I have moved out of the property 20 days ago, the new tenant has moved in, and I still haven't received my deposit and all I get is "you have to wait" - why couldn't THEY wait for the deposit if it was the other way round? Not good!
